Beach Productions draws on a freelance pool of talented artisans working in Chicago and elsewhere to bring just the right touch to each project.

Staff director Stanley Majka's professional credits include more than twenty years as an award-winning commercial director, working in Chicago, Toronto and New York on nationally broadcast campaigns for clients from Adidas to Zenith.

Since 1994, he has worked as a writer / director of documentary films focusing on topics such as public education, substance abuse treatment, and hunger.

In 2001 he completed the 25-program Workplace Essential Skills series for PBS. This series airs in over 180 markets nationally. It won NETA's Best Award for Educational Television Series and Best of the Best Award for all productions of the year.

Stanley is interested in telling stories of all kinds, but especially those that can help people see something in a new way. He has been carrying a torch for "lost" causes for nearly a decade and is proud to help tell stories of others who are making a difference.

Mr. Majka is a member of the Directors Guild of America, and sits on the Chicago Coordinating Committee.
